What is a TTL for DNS record?
TTL stands for Time to Live that indicates how long it will take before the DNS information is refreshed. This time to live is defined in seconds and it is available on your DNS zone record. Generally, DNS propagation takes 24 to 48 hours to complete whenever any changes are made to your domain DNS zone file. The lower the TTL value, the lesser time for your DNS to be fully propagated throughout the internet world.

DNS zone record is a zone file that contains the mapping between the domain and sub-domain to an IP address or other resources that is organised in the form of text representations of resource records. What is an Early Access Program for New TLD Domains?
This Early Access program starts after Landrush phase is finished and it is only running for 1 to 10 days depends on the registry operator of the new TLDs. The Early Access fee differs from day one to day ten and it will depend on the registry operator who manages the domain extension (TLD).
What is a Launch Phase for Domain Registration?
In general, there are Sunrise, Landrush and General Availability Phases to register a newly released domain extensions (TLDs).
Sunrise phase is normally reserved for those who have trademarks or patents of their business or company to first be eligible to register for their domain name.
Landrush phase is a phase where there is a premium one-off fee to qualify for the domain registration. However, if there is more than one applicant for the same domain name, the domain name will be auctioned and the highest bidder in the auction will be awarded with the domain name.
General Availability phase is based on first come first serve domain registration and the price for the registration will be a standard price.
However since the launch of new TLDs, we have an additional launch phase called Early Access which requires applicant to pay an extra one-off fee to be qualified for a particular domain name registration based on first come first serve basis.
